Ideal for masking off in powder coating and light duty flame spray applications. Thermosetting silicone adhesive will increase in adhesion and remove cleanly from most surfaces after masking.  Thermosetting rubber adhesive gives the tape excellent solvent resistance. Also used for coil insulation wrapping in motor manufacturing, protective insulating wrap on solenoid coils and splicing on electrical transmission lines.
