POLYESTER-SILICONE TAPES

Elite Tape offers a full line of polyester backed film tapes with silicone adhesive.  These products will differ in thickness, adhesion, color and temperature resistance.  Polyester-silicone film tapes are an excellent choice where high temperatures are present.  Silicone adhesives will only bond to other silicone surfaces and coatings so these products are ideal for splicing silicone coated papers and release liners.  Also ideal for high temperature masking applications in powder coating applications and printed circuit board manufacturing.

906G Polyester Silicone Tape (1.0 Mil. Green)
Elite 910BK is a 1.0 mil. black polyester with 1.8 mil. silicone adhesive. This tape is completely opaque making it ideal for applications requiring images to be completely hidden. This tape has a nice combination of strength and aggressive silicone adhesive ideal for masking applications. Silicone adhesive allows for high temperature resistance but still removes cleanly with little or no residue. Elite 938BL is a 1.0 mil. polyester with 1.8 mil. silicone adhesive. This tape has a nice combination of strength and aggressive silicone adhesive ideal for masking applications. Elite 950YHA is a 1.0 mil. polyester with 2.5 mil. high tack silicone adhesive. This tape was developed with a soft ultra high quick tack and adhesion for splicing various coated substrates. Elite 900 is a 2.0 mil. polyester with 1.8 mil. silicone adhesive. This tape has an extra strong polyester backing and aggressive silicone adhesive ideal for masking applications. Silicone adhesive allows for high temperature resistance but still removes cleanly with little or no residue. This tape is also excellent choice for splicing silicone coated liners and papers.
