Our new Employee Spotlight series aims to highlight the many talented individuals who work at Elite Tape. We are thrilled to announce Ally Woody as our Employee Spotlight for April! Ally serves as Customer Service/Sales Support and has been with the company for four years.

Ally truly is the hub and lifeline of our inside office. In her role at Elite Tape, she shares interactions with customers from pre-order entry to shipment details. Ally also provides sales support by relaying information to our sales representatives and internal support when it comes to administrative and production needs. She is as important to our team as Robin is to Batman.

When asked what she enjoys most about working for Elite Tape, Ally said it’s the culture and customer service-driven environment. “I’ve been in the workforce for many years and Elite Tape is different than any other employer I’ve had,” she said. “Without giving away all of our secrets, it’s all about the people.”

Ally believes that customer service should be at the forefront for all companies. “The owner of Elite Tape is a delight to work for. He truly cares about his employees and our customers,” she said. “He’s honest, fair, and hardworking. It’s easy to get behind that kind of leadership and flourish.” In one interaction with Ally, you will find that she is also the epitome of honest, fair, and hardworking. She interacts with our customers and other Elite Tape employees with grace, diligence, and dedication.

Ally also enjoys working with each of her coworkers, as they treat each other like family and share a deep respect for one another. “Working with our customers is the icing on the cake,” she said. “We are a well-oiled machine at Elite Tape. In her free time, Ally enjoys doing anything that revolves around being outdoors. She especially loves road trips, festivals, and gardening.
